At halloye, we're committed to you. Our quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and quality is guaranteed.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you received your order. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or FREE exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact!
